Suggested Use
The serving size is 0.5ml (half of a dropper) with 60 servings in the 1 oz tincture bottle. Customer recommendations were to start with one serving to start, increasing to two servings (full dropper) over time or as needed. Take one serving in the dropper and release it under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow, and you’re done.
